Hi! We're Jessica Pino & Phillip Mishoe
Jessica Pino and Phillip Mishoe met in 2015 and started their partnership in life and work almost immediately. In 2016 they married and Phillip continued to work in residential remodeling and construction while Jessica pursued her career in real estate. Jessica immediately understood the benefit of having someone so knowledgeable in home construction as a partner and often asked Phillip to consult on her client's future remodeling projects, as well as help her review inspection reports.
They discussed many different ways to partner up when in 2020 it became clear to both of them that the best way for them work together and help the most people was to literally work together as a husband and wife real estate team. Now a true team, Jessica and Phillip are able to help their clients navigate the real estate market with a full-circle view.

Their partnership brings over 30 years of combined experience in housing and investing.
